| Large Scale Efficiency that Meets the Small Bale Market - It's the Best of Both Worlds.
Each bale is pushed into the stacking chamber by the sequenced dual hydraulic ram. Three bales create a row, and once the seventh row is complete the BALE BARON®'s automated system bundles the bales together. 1. Chute/Pick-Up Conveyor
• Bale enters through articulated chute on 4230T models. Bale enters pick-up conveyor on 4230P models
2. 90° Turntable
• Bale rotates 90° on turntable into position for Ram Loader
3. Ram Loader
• Ram loads 3 bales 7 times and compresses the bundle

4. Knotter
• Proven Hesston Knotter uses plastic twine to tie the bundle safely and securely using the double knot system
5. Rear Door Release
• Rear doors open and newly tied bundle is pushed out as the next BALE BARON® 21 or 18 Stack is formed
6. Roller Ramp
• BALE BARON® 21 or 18 Stack exits gently down the roller ramp
